The Melcor TMCA Village is one of the three components comprising the YMCA Welcome Village, a community redevelopment in the Boyle Renaissance that brigns toggether affordable housing and a range of community programs and services.
Melcor YMCA Village Features
-150 bachelor, one and two-bedroom suites, including some barrier-free units.
-Affordable rates. Rents is set at 80-90% of the market rate. Water and heat included in rent.
-Suites include a stove, fridge, microwave, and window coverings.
-Safe environment with secured entrances and staffing supports.
-Access to child care and child minding services.
-Easy access to bus, LRT and downtown core.
-Indoor and outdoor play areas
-Card-operated laundry facility on main floor.
-Mailboxes, main lobby and reception area.
-Bicycle lockups.

Rental Information
All leases will be for a minimum term of 6 months.
Applicants must provide a criminal record check
Applicants must undergo a credit check
Applicants must provide verification of qualifying income
Damage deposit of $500 is required
A no pets policy is in place.
